The dancers in white seem to be playing the part of doctors attending to the fallen Gaga. She is dressed as a white rabbit showing that she is in an altered state of consciousness also explaining why the image of the doctors are altered using underwear (a sexual symbol) and not masks. Later we see the two men guiding Lady gaga to a spiral staircase between two pillars, where she undergoes a transformation or rebirth shown by the removal of her mask and cape. The second degree in freemasonry is The Fellow Craft Degree, the winding staircase is the symbol of this degree. Winding staircases along with ladders, vertical ropes and mountains symbolize advancement and ascending to new heights. Emphasis can be placed on Lady Gaga's right arm which is sleeveless and naked while her left is covered. This illustrates part of the induction into The Fellow Craft Degree where the right arm has to be exposed.

Later in the performance when she gets to the line " We're plastic but we'll still have fun" you will notice her at the piano and she enters into a state of "distubia" then she gets up and blood begins to flow. At this point it really doesn't take a genius to see that this is of occult origin. Lady Gaga is wearing white so this demonstrates a virgin sacrifice for fame. Then as she is hung up and sacrificed a gateway opens under the royal arc and light emerges from it. Lady Gaga's outfit also features a number of black feathers. These feathers seem to represent The Morrigan, as noted by irish mythology is a former goddess of war and fertility. Morrigan is often translated as phantom queen, she is associated with prophecy, sovereignty, war and even death. She would sometimes appear in the form of a crow flying above the warriors. In mythology crows tend to be symbolic of the spiritual aspect of death or the transition of the spirit into the afterlife. European legend would indicate that crows often appear as a foreshadow of death as further enforced by her performance that night.
